MILWAUKEE, Wis. -- Milwaukee Brewers pitcher Yovani Gallardo and a clubhouse attendant were robbed at gunpoint early Friday morning.

According to a story on the team's website, a Brewers spokesperson said Gallardo was not hurt. The story said Gallardo and the attendant, Alex Sanchez, were confronted in a supermarket parking lot hours after the Brewers lost to the Dodgers on Thursday -- a game in which Gallardo started and got the loss.

The story said Gallardo and Sanchez handed money and jewelry to the robber, who hit Sanchez's head with the butt of a gun.
