Arlington, TX - Tyler Morris, the fan who fell from the upper deck trying to catch a ball during Tuesday's game between the Cleveland Indians and Texas Rangers, remains in the hospital with a fractured skull and broken ankle.

Morris, an off-duty firefighter, was reaching for a foul ball hit by Nelson Cruz in the bottom of the fifth inning when he fell nearly 30 feet from the upper deck and landed on several other fans seated below.

Rangers officials, including team president Nolan Ryan, visited Morris Wednesday afternoon. He was listed in fair condition at John Peter Smith Hospital.
