VIRGINIA BREWERS THIRD BASEMAN TAYLOR GREEN

If not for Garth Iorg, Taylor Green would not be at class-A West Virginia (Brewers) this year. If not for Green's bat, he wouldn't be our minor-league player of the week for a second time. Iorg suggested the Comox, B.C., native switch to third base, since Kenny Holmberg, son of Dennis Holmberg, the ex-Jays coach, was at second. Iorg is a roving minor-league instructor for Milwaukee. Green hit .462 (12-for-26) for the week with a homer and seven RBIs. Our runner-up was Mississauga outfielder Chris Emanuele who batted .462 as well (6-for-13) with one RBI at class-A Lansing (Jays).

Do you think Jesse Litsch will bounce back and pitch for the Blue Jays again?
  Yes, the bullpen needs help
No, his injury was too severe
  I don't want him back
