Chantal Léger is the youngest sailor on Canada's three-member Yngling crew, a new event at the Olympics. Léger started sailing when she was 11-years- old. Initially she wasn't that interested, but by 15, she raced Laser II's in the junior circuit. For the next five years she competed solo at a national level before switching to the Lighting craft, her her first crew boat.
