Jonathan Ohayon began his archery career at the University of Toronto where he completed a degree in computer science. He moved to the U.S., and launched a successful computer business. At the same time he trained at the U.S., Olympic Training Centre in San Diego.
He was ranked number-three in Canada at the end of 2003 and was a member Canada's gold medal winning men's team at the Americas Continental Championships last September.
Ohayon defeated 2000 Olympian Rob Rusnov for the Olympic spot in a bitter battle at trials. Just before the Athens Olympics he is scheduled to compete at the Pan American Championships.
