Contest Rules

1. The contest commences at 10 a.m. EST. on Wednesday, September 18, 2002 and ends at 5 p.m. EST. on Friday, October 18, 2002.

2. Contest is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. Employees of, or the immediate family of or domiciled with an employee of CANOE.CA and Clear Channel Entertainment and their affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to win. The contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial and municipal laws.

3. Enter online at http: www.sk8withelvis.com for a chance to win. Limit of one on-line entry per person/e-mail address. Any multiple entries will result in disqualification. Void where prohibited or licensing required. You must provide all necessary information in order for your entry to be eligible. We require your name, email address, and your postal code to enter. No responsibility is assumed by the contest partners for lost, late or misdirected, entries or for any computer online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. If the winner cannot be notified or is ineligible an alternate winner will be selected. Winner will be selected randomly.

4. Contest sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any person tempering with the entry process, the operation of the website or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any contest not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

5. All opt-in entries become the property of CANOE.ca and/or Clear Channel Entertainment and no correspondence will be entered into except with prize winner who will be notified by email/telephone/letter etc. In order to win the selected entrant must first correctly answer a time limited skill testing question to be administered by phone/and or online or on the entry form etc. Winner will be required to sign a standard form releasing CANOE.ca, and all contest sponsors from all liability relating to the prizes, confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the prizes as awarded. Prizes are as awarded, and cannot be transferred, exchanged nor refunded, and are not redeemable for cash. All prizing is strictly subject to availability and restrictions if there are any.

All prizes are being supplied by Clear Channel Entertainment. Canoe is not responsible for providing the prizes.

7. If prizes are not claimed within 5 days of notification contest winner(s) will forfeit prizes.

8. All decisions of contest promoters are final. Contest sponsors reserve the right to change the prizing as required. Winners agree to allow the use of their name, voice and photo for promotional purposes.

9. By entering this contest you acknowledge these rules and agree to abide by them.
