2005 NFL Draft on TSN

TSN will televise an unprecedented five-and-a-half hours of live coverage of the 2005 NFL Draft, as the very best college football players meet at Javits Convention Center in New York to find out the future of their careers. TSN's Draft coverage airs Saturday, April 23 beginning at 12 noon ET and features host Chris Berman alongside analysts Mel Kiper, Jr., Chris Mortensen and St. Louis Rams receiver Torry Holt.

Canada will be well represented at this year's Draft with three standout college/university football stars: McMaster Marauder running back (and 2004 CIS football Player of the Year) Jesse Lumsden of Burlington, Ont., Toledo Rockets offensive tackle Nick Kaczur of Brantford, Ont., and Stanford Cardinal free safety Oshiomogho Atogwe of Windsor, Ont.

Leading up to Draft day, SportsCentre will provide fans with NFL Draft-related features, including a look at the careers of Lumsden (today), Atogwe tomorrow and Kaczur on Wednesday. SportsCentre rounds out its Draft features with commentary from TSN resident football expert Chris Schultz on Thursday and ESPN football guru John Clayton on Friday.
