Eagle Mike Labinjo, a 24-year old linebacker and Special Teams player from Toronto, guided the Toronto St. Michael's Majors (HS) to the 1998 Metro Bowl Championship. Labinjo tallied 2,600 all-purpose yards and 19 touchdowns that season as a running back. Labinjo switched to linebacker at Michigan State, and was signed as a rookie free agent by the Eagles in 2004.
