Wild Card Playoffs: Canadian Contributions in the NFL
Canadian kicker Mike Vanderjagt was seven for seven on extra points with no field goal attempts as the Colt's eliminated Denver's playoff hopes with a 49-24 win in Indianapolis.
Seattle's Kerry Carter and J.P. Darche both dressed for the Seahawks in their final game of the season. Toronto native Carter contributed a tackle and an assist on special teams as the Seahawks fell 27-10 to the St. Louis Rams. Fellow Canadian Tom Nutten hit the field for the Rams.
Canadian-born Nate Burleson helped pull the Vikings to the next round of the play-offs with 4 receptions for 60 yards including a 19-yard touchdown reception in the second quarter. Minnesota ended the Packers run with a 31-17 win on Sunday at Lambeau Field
