POOL BOSS
When you register for POOL BOSS, we update your pool standings daily. It's fast and easy to get started. After becoming a registered POOL BOSS user, you will follow these four basic steps: ENTER PARTICIPANTS Simply fill in the names (or team nicknames) of the participants in your pool. You can add or delete participants whenever you want throughout the season. SELECT ROSTERS Insert the NHL player rosters for each participant in your pool. We supply a detailed list of NHL players, organized by position. Simply match the appropriate NHL player names with the participants in your pool. You can change these rosters as often as you like throughout the season. CHOOSE SCORING OPTIONS Decide the value of each statistic in your pool. For example, you may decide that a goal is worth two points, a power-play goal three points, an assist one point and a shutout five points. You can give a bonus for winning or tying goals or bonuses for several offensive, penalty, and goaltending categories. There are more than 20 statistical categories to choose from. Use as many of them as you want. And you can change the weighting as often as you like during the season. GENERATE A REPORT By generating a report, you automatically create a page on the Internet where we will post your POOL BOSS standings each day. You will be given a URL for this page. Share this URL with every member of your pool so they can view the standings each day. The standings to your pool will be posted daily to the Internet. When you have completed the set-up process for your pool, you will be given a URL address where the standings can be viewed by all your pool participants using their own unique username and password which can be obtained at no cost. Give the URL for the report to all participants in your pool. They can visit this page daily to view both your overall league standings and an in-depth breakdown of the point totals for each participant. Technical support |
