Flames grab Dollas from Senators
CALGARY (CP) -- Four days, three teams, two leagues.Bobby Dollas probably doesn't know what hit him.
The veteran defenceman was claimed on waivers by the Calgary Flames on Thursday, taking him from the Ottawa Senators after just one game with Ottawa.
Dollas, a native of Montreal, began the year with the IHL's Long Beach Ice Dogs, where he had two goals and four assists in 13 games.
He was an Ice Dog on Monday, signed with the Senators as a free agent on Tuesday, played against the New York Rangers on Wednesday and found himself on waivers Thursday.
Dollas is expected to join the Flames today.
