    Five member commission from diversified background

     LAS VEGAS (AP) -- The Nevada State Athletic Commission that revoked Mike Tyson's boxing license and fined him $3 million is made up of five members appointed by the governor of the state.
     Members are appointed for 3-year terms.
     The five are:
     Dr. Elias Ghanem, chairman, a Las Vegas physician.
     Dr. James Nave, a Las Vegas veterinarian.
     Luther Mack, owner of several McDonald's restaurants in Reno, Nev.
     Lorenzo Fertitta, executive with Station Casinos, Inc., Las Vegas.
     Nat Carasali, employed by Peppermill Hotel-Casino in Reno, Nev.
