Ricky bans bad T-shirts
ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) — Ricky Martin won a court order barring the sale of counterfeit Ricky Martin T-shirts.
U.S. District Judge Barbara Hackett issued the order several hours before the pop star performed Monday at the Palace here.
Attorneys for Martin and Winterland Concessions sought the order.
Winterland produces authorized T-shirts for Martin.
These counterfeiters can take in up to $100,000 at a concert,” said M. Kelly Tillery, Winterland’s lawyer.
